More questions?

Government expansion; Can we have less government while corporations take the manufacturing overseas?  Or does the gov have to subsidize jobs lost by last said?  And if the gov is subsidizing, they will definitely expand.

GOP; Grand old Party? or Government of the People?!

Final question of the day; Does anyone on the news networks tell the truth? Or...do they tell us what they can without losing their jobs?  A real opinion is worth how much $$$? And true facts will cost how much $$?

PS  is anyone listening?

Tired of Politics?!!

Aren't we all...but here we are again faced with the world of democracy and listening to those who would like to be considered for our vote. What a selection we have! In what seems to be a world of utter chaos and unlikely solutions to complicated problems, they all have the answers.  All different, and all avoiding the simplicity of honest problem solving. Because of this, I thought I would try to list some top concerns I and the folks I know are having about the way the country is run around us, and maybe throw in a few possible solutions along the way.

First, i think you should know a few things about this not so sane person writing this blog.  I am a 42 year old female,  married for 23 years and i have three children.  My husband has been working as a pipe-fitter for 28 years, he is one of the best.  Those are words from the companies he has worked for.  He does not have an engineering degree, but has the knowledge to do so.  I worked as a seamstress for five years.  We started having children seven years after we were married.  I stopped working to raise our kids.  They are now 15, 13 and 9 years.  We were both raised in a small town in Colorado.

Now i pose my first question; What is the American dream?

To own your own home?
Two cars?
Vacation twice a year?
Without debt?
Raise our children to function well in society?

I would like to hear the thoughts of others...and will be posting more questions soon.
